Competition Rules

1. The promoter of the competition is the More Maths Grads Project. The competition is open to school students between the ages of 11 and 19 who are resident in the UK and Eire only.

2. The image must be the property of the entrant.

3. Entries can only be submitted via the relevant mechanism on the www.mathscareers.org.uk website.

4. Any image that has won a prize in another major competition is not eligible and will be disqualified if entered.

5. All images should have been taken on or after 1^st August, 2008.

6. The promoter will choose the judges. The promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the competition’s judging and organisation.

7. Winners will be announced on the www.mathscareers.org.uk website on 14^th February, 2009. Individual winners will be notified by the promoters on 14^th February, 2009.

8. The promoter reserves the right to reproduce some of the entries without the permission of the entrant, but only in connection with the promotion of and publicity for this competition. Ownership of the images will be acknowledged.

9. Closing date for all entries is 30^th January, 2009. Entries received after that date will not be displayed or be judged.
